• In order to use shortcuts first check is it enabled or not. Go to settings -> keyboard shortcuts -> keyboard shortcuts on. 

Shortcuts	Description
E	Archive selected messages.
Y	Remove label for selected messages.
#	Move to trash (on selected messages).
!	Report spam (on selected messages) .
+	Mark important for selected messages .
-	Mark unimportant for selected messages.
/	Search.
S	Toggle star for selected messages.
Z	Undo last action.
N	View next message.
P	View previous message.
?	Show keyboard shortcuts.
G then I	Go to inbox.
G then T	Go to sent messages.
G then D	Go to drafts.
G then A	Go to all mail.
G then S	Go to starred e-mail.
G then I	Go to label.
G then C	Go to contacts.
G then K	Go to tasks.
